Terms of Service

Last updated: April 13, 2026

1. Open-source core (MIT License)

The OpenSkyLab core application is distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies, subject to the MIT copyright notice. The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.

2. Pro plugin subscription

Pro plugins are commercial software licensed per-user on a monthly or annual basis. A Pro subscription grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the plugins on machines you personally operate. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or license-key sharing is prohibited.

3. Billing and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page — access continues through the end of the current billing period. A 14-day no-questions refund is available for first-time purchases.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use OpenSkyLab to violate applicable laws or to interfere with third-party systems. You are solely responsible for the safety of your equipment and any data you capture or process.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenSkyLab and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to equipment damage, lost imaging sessions, or data loss.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website and, for Pro subscribers, by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
